We think you will
find our prices lower than any of our
competitors, but for competitive
reasons, we do not put
pricing information on our website.

Do you accept
credit cards?
Yes. We accept
Visa and Master Card as well as most
debit cards.

Do you accept checks?
What about traveler's checks?
Yes, we accept
checks and traveler's checks (except
temporary checks) with proper i.d. All
checks are now processed electronically
at the time of sale just like a debit
card.

Yes, we can
accept most types of debit cards.

Can I order materials over the internet or phone or do I have to do it in person?
Since we do not
provide shipping or delivery, we do not
take orders over the internet. We can take phone
orders and accept credit cards for
payment over the phone, however you will
either have to pick up your purchases at
our store or arrange for your own
delivery or shipping. We strongly
encourage you to visit our showroom to
see exactly what you will be buying,
though, so there is no confusion
as to exactly what you will be
getting.

Even though you don't offer delivery or shipping, can I arrange for my own
delivery or shipping?
Absolutely you can arrange for your own
delivery or shipping of materials.
What you may find out, especially with
shipping long distances, is that shipping or delivery costs may exceed the cost
of the materials. This often makes shipping
impractical and is why we do not offer shipping or delivery - it just is not economical.
If you do set up your own shipping or
delivery, you
will also need to arrange with those companies to provide protection
for the materials. Some materials are packaged for shipping, but many are
not. (Call us for specific details about what you are buying.) It is
not possible for us to wrap or otherwise protect the materials for shipping
or delivery.
The shipping or delivery company will likely have their own requirements for this.
Also, you may want to provide insurance
for your shipment or delivery. We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged
during shipping or delivery.
Finally, please arrange for your shipper
or delivery service to make their pickup during our normal business hours. Our facility can
accommodate tractor trailers since that is how our manufacturers ship to us.
And we can assist with loading just as we assist all customers with loading.
