A Typical Traditional Style Screen Room

The traditional style screen room is our most popular, easiest to build, and least expensive complete screen room materials package available. The package can be customized in a virtually unlimited number of ways to provide you with a finished screen room just right for your needs. Typical features generally include:

• A room sized to your requirements and designed to meet
  current Florida wind loading requirements. (To see more about

• A mono-slope roof which attaches to your house and slopes
  away from the house. (If you already have a roof and need screen walls
  only, click here to find out more about screen walls.)

• A roof made of either structural insulated roof panels or roof
  pans with various fascia & gutter options. Fan beams available.

• 1,2, or 3 (or more) screen walls depending on the configuration
  of your room.

• White or bronze colored materials for walls. Both cost the same.

• Durable and virtually maintenance free aluminum materials.

• Kick plate in one of 3 standard heights - 16", 24", & 36", or you
  can choose a custom height or no kick plate.

• The number of screen doors you want as well as their location.
  Screen doors can be out swing (most common) or in swing. Doors include hardware such as the latch, bug sweep, and closure.

• In addition, our material packages also include screen, spline (holds screen in place), screws, concrete fasteners, angle brackets, and more.

• We can design an opening into any of the wall sections to incorporate your dog/cat door. You just need to provide us with the size of your door.

• Our most popular option is for us to precut the materials for
  you. This virtually eliminates having to cut the structural
  materials on the job site. You wind up with as close to a bolt
  together project as possible.

Remember, screen rooms built from our material packages are easy to build even if you have no previous experience working with aluminum. And since we use the exact same materials professional contractors use, your result is a finished screen room just like a contractor would build, but at a fraction of the price.
