The
Prefabricated Modular
Room is exactly the same
as the
Modular Room except
the factory builds all
wall sections for you.
Once you have the
completed wall sections,
you simply position them
and fasten them
together*. The package
can be customized in a
virtually unlimited
number of ways to
provide you with a
finished room just right
for your needs. Typical
features are identical
to the Modular Room and
generally include:

A room sized to
your
requirements and
designed to meet
current Florida
wind loading
requirements.

A mono-slope
roof or a gabled
(peaked) roof
which attaches
to your house.

A roof made of
structural
insulated roof
panels with
various fascia &
gutter options.
Hidden fan beams
are available.
Skylights are
also available.

Remember, prefabricated
modular rooms built from
our material packages
are easy to build even
if you have no previous
experience working with
aluminum. And since we
use the exact same
materials professional
contractors use, your
result is a finished
room just like a
contractor would build,
but at a fraction of the
price.
*Although prefab rooms
require the least labor
possible for
installation, they do
not simply bolt together
to form a completed
room. You should be
aware that there are
additional components
which will need to be
cut on site and which
you will install on
site. If your slab is
sloped and not level, it
may also be necessary to
cut the prefabricated
walls on site as well -
this can be done easily.
These material packages
are designed and built
for contractors to make
their installations as
easy as possible, but
can not be completed
without some on site
