Infill Modular Room Walls

Infill Modular Room Walls
used under an existing
covered patio.
Single hung windows are
shown in white walls.
Infill Modular Room
walls use the same
materials as found in a
Modular Room to provide
a walls only option for
customers who already
have an existing covered
patio. These materials
provide a much more
finished look than found
with conventional screen
room materials and can
even allow for hidden
wiring. They can be
built as screen walls,
but also can be used
with vinyl, acrylic, or
glass windows to create
a finished year round
living space. The walls
can be customized in a
virtually unlimited
number of ways to
provide you with a
finished room just right
for your needs. Typical
features are identical
to the Modular Room and
generally include:
-
Walls sized to
your
requirements and
designed to meet
current Florida
wind loading
requirements.
-
White or tan colored
materials for walls.
-
Can be built as a
screen room and
optionally add
vinyl, acrylic, or
glass windows
later. OR it can be
built with
vinyl, acrylic, or
glass windows
from the start.
-
You can build it to
be a screen room, a
Florida room, a
glass room, a home
office, an extra
bedroom, or anything
else you can think
of.
-
Solid wall sections
available to
maximize design
possibilities.
-
Completely finished
inside and out - no
painting necessary.
-
Durable and
virtually
maintenance free
aluminum materials.
-
All wall segments
where there are not
openings for
screens/windows/doors
are insulated.
-
The number of doors
you want as well as
their location. You
can use regular
screen doors or we
also have "prime"
exterior doors with
glass windows
designed for the
Modular Room. French
doors and sliding
glass doors also
available.
-
Optional hidden
electric conduits
built into the wall
sections to make
wiring a snap.
Remember, infill modular
room walls built from
our material packages
are easy to build even
if you have no previous
experience working with
aluminum. And since we
use the exact same
materials professional
contractors use, your
result is a finished
room just like a
contractor would build,
but at a fraction of the
price.
